WVRST proudly offers 600+ bottled and canned Beers and Ciders, and 24 taps of ALWAYS changing/rotating Beers and Ciders, with SIX taps devoted to Ontario Craft Ciders and two taps to Bourbon and a Digestive. Draught lines are cleaned every two weeks. We store our beer at optimal temperatures and pour each beer in a glass suited to its character. We also strive towards quality, and to serving each guest the ultimate glass of beer or cider.
The WVRST Cellaring Program was created to explore the complexity of aged beer once reaching its peak drinking state. Many of of our bottles will not be opened for 10+ years.
At WVRST, we take beer education seriously. All of our floor staff are Cicerone-certified and can answer any questions a customer might have about our beer list. Knowledge is power. It’s sexy too!
